I don’t eat anything in the morning (I just can’t), but I usually drink about 2 litres of water by lunchtime.

I was like that for years but when I learn it’s not healthy- I changed it slowly

I know what you mean. Some experts say it’s not healthy, others say it’s great for your body (=intermittent fasting). I think whatever works for a person, is fine.
